The 18th Annual Bel Canto Opera Brings Big City Voices to the Hilltowns
On Saturday, July 21st, visitors to the White Church had the opportunity to hear new and exciting voices brought to us by Maestro Eve Queler. We were fortunate enough to host Megan Hart (soprano), Steven LaBrie (baritone), Samuel Levine (tenor) and Kevin Ray (tenor) on a beautiful summer evening. Accompanied by Maestro Queler and Douglas Martin, these singers shared operas from Wagner, Verdi, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Bizet, and others. Thank you to all who came out for an evening to support the White Church, and most of all to Maestro Queler and the performers for bringing opera to the Hilltowns.
